Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, Miz Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its pre-existing materials, proprietary tools, and methodologies. Upon full payment for services, clients will typically receive ownership or license rights to the specific custom deliverables as outlined in their respective SOW.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any data provided to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided for accessing our platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miz Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or these terms.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of a business relationship. This includes technical data, business strategies, and trade secrets that are not publicly known.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miz Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
